This business was mistakenly overpaid by $2500 and will not return that overpaid money. Timeline: Sent check on 6/24, he cashed on 6/29 Employee called Armando on 6/30 when we first noticed the mistake. No response. Called again on 7/5, followed up with an email. Armando replied via email on 7/8 agreeing to repay,. Emailed him again on 7/19 checking on payment On 7/27, Called his phone number and got someone on the phone who said he was Armando’s brother. Followed up with email and invoice. Emailed on 8/5, with the invoice again. Called on 8/10 and also spoke with his “brother” (not convinced this isn’t really him we’ve been speaking to). Was assured they’d put a check in the mail “the next day”. Followed up with email and invoice again. Emailed one last time on 8/23
